Small Team, Big Dreams
IMS (Integrated Marketing Solutions, later a subsidiary of C3 Ventures) was a marketing agency founded in 1997 from the exprience of a former GM Marketing Executive. I was able to join their team as a graphic designer in 2011. With our small team we catered to businesses all over Michigan and beyond from the relationships that the owner and creative director had forged over time.
Through IMS I was able to grow my skillset and learn about various marketing strategies and tactics, as well as how to properly manage a project! I was able to build solid relationships with our customers as their liaison throughout their project and for years after.
Below is just a small sample of the breadth of work we did at IMS.
What was I responsible for?
- All graphic design tasks and project management
- Sourcing and task delegation to contract designers, developers, and 3rd party agencies
- Proposal writing and job costing
- Website design & development including DNS updates
- Project kickoff and progress presentations
- General office admin and IT
